Destiny International

Electrostatic Oil Filtration Machine Manufacturer in India

Varnish is invisible destruction. Our electrostatic oil filtration machines remove what mechanical filters cannot even see. Designed, engineered, and manufactured in India by Destiny International.

The Varnish Problem No One Talks About

Your hydraulic system runs hot. Your oil oxidises. And silently, molecule by molecule, varnish begins to form.

You cannot see it happening. Your standard filters cannot catch it. Your oil analysis report may not even flag it until it’s too late. But it’s there — coating your servo valves, insulating your heat exchangers, sticking your proportional controls, and slowly choking the life out of your precision machinery.

This is the reality for thousands of industrial plants across India — from the injection moulding units of Ahmedabad and Hyderabad to the steel mills of Visakhapatnam, from the automotive CNC lines of Pune and Chennai to the power plants of Raipur and Mundra. Varnish is the silent productivity killer, and until recently, there was no effective Indian-manufactured solution.

Destiny International changed that.

As India’s specialist electrostatic oil filtration machine manufacturer, Destiny International designs, engineers, and builds advanced electrostatic oil cleaning systems that eliminate varnish, sub-micron particles, and oxidation products — permanently. Our machines are not imported and resold. They are designed by our engineers, fabricated in our facility, tested with real oil, and delivered with full documentation, warranty, and lifetime support.

Electrostatic Oil Filtration Machine ELC for hydraulic oil cleaning

In the world of high-precision hydraulics, turbines, and heavy machinery, standard mechanical filtration is often not enough. The real enemy of your oil is microscopic contaminants and varnish that pass right through conventional filters. As a premier Electrostatic Oil Filtration Machine Manufacturer in India, Destiny International provides the ultimate solution to eliminate these sub-micron particles, extending oil life indefinitely and protecting your expensive assets.

What is Electrostatic Oil Filtration?

Electrostatic oil filtration operates on a fundamentally different principle from conventional mechanical filters. While mechanical filters rely on pore size to trap particles—often missing the smallest, most damaging contaminants—electrostatic systems apply a high-voltage electric field  across the oil flow. This process charges suspended particles, which are then attracted to and captured on collector media, leaving oil-soluble additives intact

Our Electrostatic Oil Cleaning Machine Range

Destiny International manufactures a comprehensive range of electrostatic liquid cleaning systems under our ELC Collector Series (models ELC25, ELC50, ELC100). These machines are engineered for diverse industrial applications, delivering superior performance across multiple sectors.

Why Choose Destiny International?

Destiny International is not a trader. We are not an importer rebranding foreign equipment. We are a genuine Indian manufacturer of electrostatic oil filtration machines, with deep in-house expertise in:

  1. High-voltage electrostatic field design — The heart of the system. Our electrode and collector plate configurations are engineered for maximum contaminant capture efficiency with minimum power consumption.
  2. Hydraulic system integration — Electrostatic cleaning is most effective as part of an offline kidney loop. We design the complete system — pump, motor, filtration stages, electrostatic chamber, controls — as a single, integrated unit.
  3. Oil chemistry understanding — Not all oils respond identically to electrostatic fields. We understand the differences between mineral oils, synthetic esters, phosphate esters (HFD fluids), and water-glycol (HFC) fluids, and we configure our systems accordingly.
  4. Indian industrial conditions — High ambient temperatures, dusty environments, fluctuating power supply, and continuous operation demands. Our machines are built for these realities.

Signs Your Plant Needs an Electrostatic Oil Filtration Machine

If these symptoms are present in your facility, Destiny International can help:

  1. Oil turns dark brown or black within weeks of a change — Classic oxidation. Varnish is forming.
  2. Servo or proportional valves stick intermittently — Varnish on the spool. The most common and most expensive symptom.
  3. Oil temperature keeps creeping up — Varnish insulating the heat exchanger. A vicious cycle.
  4. Filter elements are clean but valve problems persist — The contaminant is dissolved varnish, not particles. Filters cannot help.
  5. Oil analysis shows high TAN (Total Acid Number) — Advanced oxidation. The oil is chemically degrading.
  6. Machine behaviour inconsistent — Cycle times varying, pressures fluctuating, movements erratic.
  7. Burnt smell from the reservoir — Severe thermal oxidation.
  8. Repeated pump or valve replacements — Something is systematically destroying components. That something is varnish.

Any three of these symptoms — and you need electrostatic oil filtration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: How is electrostatic filtration different from a regular kidney loop filter?
A: A regular kidney loop uses mechanical filter cartridges that trap solid particles by size — typically down to 1-3 microns. Electrostatic filtration uses a high-voltage electric field to attract and capture varnish precursors and sub-micron contaminants (down to 0.01 microns) that are chemically dissolved or suspended and would pass straight through any mechanical filter. They are complementary technologies — many of our systems combine both.

Q2: Will electrostatic filtration remove additives from my oil?
A: No. Oil additives (ZDDP anti-wear, calcium sulphonate detergents, etc.) are metallic-based compounds that are chemically stable and not significantly affected by the electrostatic field. The field targets polar oxidation products and varnish precursors — the “bad” polar molecules — while leaving the additive chemistry intact. This has been verified through independent oil analysis.

Q3: How often do the collector plates need cleaning?
A: It depends on the contamination level. In a heavily varnished system, plates may need cleaning every 1-2 weeks initially. As the system cleans up, this extends to every 1-3 months. Cleaning takes 15-30 minutes — the plates are removed, wiped or washed with solvent, dried, and reinstalled.

Q4: Can electrostatic filtration remove water from oil?
A: No. Electrostatic filtration is not designed for water removal. If water contamination is also a concern, we recommend a combined system that includes vacuum dehydration. Destiny International manufactures these combined units.

Q5: What’s the power consumption of an electrostatic system?
A: Very low. A typical 10-20 LPM electrostatic unit consumes 200-500 watts — similar to a few household light bulbs. The high voltage is at very low current, so total power draw is minimal.

Q6: Can your machines handle synthetic and fire-resistant fluids?
A: Yes. We have experience with phosphate ester (HFD), water-glycol (HFC), synthetic hydrocarbon (PAO), and various synthetic esters. Seal materials and electrode configurations are specified accordingly for each fluid type.

Q7: Do you provide installation and commissioning across India?
A: Yes. Destiny International provides site installation, commissioning, and operator training anywhere in India. Our service network covers all major industrial regions.
